The Confederation is committed to understanding the ever changing characteristics, motivations, and needs of young travellers around the globe including Student Identity Cards, Language Travel Experiences, Work Exchange and Au Pair Experiences, Student Flights, Surface Transport and Travel Insurance.
The Confederation is governed by a Congress of 26 member representatives, including 13 sector association representatives, 12 representatives selected by individual members, and 1 representative chosen by affiliate members (Official Tourism Organisations, Non-Governmental Organisations).
The United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) has emphatically endorsed the creation of the WYSE Travel Confederation.

The Federation of International Youth Travel Organisations is a leading global membership association and trade forum devoted exclusively to the youth travel needs.
The mission of the Federation is to 'promote youth mobility and protect the identity of youth travel'.
As a respected partner and internationally recognised representative of the student and youth travel needs, FIYTO has established a constitution to abide by and a code of conduct that the Federation and its members adhere to.
ILS cooperates with EUROLINGUA INSTITUTE (STUDY ABROAD PROGRAMMES) to teach people from all over the world and help them achieve their goal of learning a language or improving their language speaking skills from 2011
Students, young and not, go to EUROLINGUA INSTITUTE for many reasons, some want to learn languages as a hobby or a challenge, some want to improve their chances of passing exams, many want to achieve a level that will help them get employment or work experience abroad.

Otranto is a town and commune in the province of Lecce (Apulia, Italy), in a fertile region, and once famous for its breed of horses. Otranto is situated on the east coast of the Salento peninsula. The Strait of Otranto connects the Adriatic Sea with the Ionian Sea. The harbour is small and has little trade.
Otranto is one of the 15 most beautiful small villages in Italy, officially recognized by ANCI (Association of Italian Villages).

ILS has received the Patronage UNIONE DI COMUNI "Terre d'Oriente" in 2007
It consists of the five municipality of Giurdignano, Muro, Otranto, Poggiardo, Uggiano and the goal of this UNIONE DI COMUNI is the safeguard, the protection and the valorization of the territory. In particular it wants to introduce, to the great public, the Nature, the Art and the History of these five small but great villages.
Italian Language School ILS is appointed as a representative of EUROCENTRES Brisbane - Language Learning Worldwide - and is authorised to enrol students in courses of study offered by the School from 2006
